2024-25 BEAUMONT COMMUNITY YOUTH BASKETBALL (California)

BCYB Philosophy

Why we must train and certify our coaches:
The single most important action a youth sports organization can take to enhance its program is to train its volunteer coaches. Coaches are the teachers, the role models and the surrogate parents all rolled up in one. If they understand and fulfill their responsibilities, your league will be successful and your players and their families will have rich and rewarding sports experiences.

Positions Needed: Head Basketball Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Manager

Why should I coach?

As a coach you have the opportunity to create a lifetime of memories for you and the players!

The position is without compensation. The Beaumont Community Youth Basketball League provides liability and medical insurance for coaches when engaged in coaching for the League.
