Welcome Basketball Enthusiast!

Beaumont Community Youth Basketball is proud to announce our 11th annual girls and boys basketball tournament.

Saturday and Sunday, March 21st – 22nd, 2020.

The entry fee is $250 per team. 

This is an age and grade tournament as outline below.

Copy of each player’s school ID & Birth certificate is mandatory for participation. Other accepted documents; passport, progress report/card, state ID, or Drivers License for boys division 5. Players cannot play for 2 teams!

Interested teams must complete and return the registration form, roster formparental medical release form, and registration fee to Beaumont Community Youth Basketball (BCYB) by Monday, March 16, 2020 for all teams registering your organization. Teams will not be officially registered until the fee and registration forms are received.

Please return the full registration packet, along with a non-refundable CHECK or MONEY ORDER payment made payable to Beaumont Community Youth Basketball or BCYB by Monday, March 16, 2020. Please mail toBCYB, P.O. Box 3126, Beaumont, CA 92223. Teams who do not have their registry form & team rosters officially stamped must do check-in at least 30 minutes prior to their first game at the Chatigny Community Center at 1310 Oak Valley Parkway, Beaumont. Please carry all documents and allow enough time to travel between facilities.

TEAMS, AWARDS, and GAMESA maximum of ten members per team with two coaches, plus four alternates will be allowed. 

Individual awards will be given to the champion, runner-up, and consolation champion in the eight team divisions. Only first and second place awards may be awarded in divisions with only four teams. There is a maximum of ten awards per team. \

Each team is guaranteed at least 3 games. Individual teams may enter the tourney and win trophies, however, for your city to qualify, and have a chance to win the cup, and be named Kings or Queens of the IE, your city must be represented by at least 3 teams.

Player Age vs Division

If a player turns their next age (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) after January 1, 2020 he/she is safe to play in that level division.

If a player turns age 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, before January 1, 2020 then he/she must move up to the next level division. 


Example: A player in Division One, 11 & under, that turns age 11 after January 1, 2020, can stay on the 10 & under team. If the player turns age 11, before January 1, 2020, the player must move up to Division Two, 13 & under.

Games will be played at any of the following locations:

Beaumont High School
San Gorgonio Middle School
Albert Chatigny Sr. Community Center

Spectator Fees


Spectators will be charged an entry fee for the tournament. Our facilities are not free of charge so we must charge an entry fee to offset cost.

Coaches & players are not charged. Tournament Memorabilia will be available for sale as well.

Entry Fee: $20/DAY $30/WEEKEND PER PERSON AT THE DOOR FOR THE TOURNAMENT WEEKEND.  17 AND UNDER FREE.
