Cancellation of Spring Season

As we had communicated to all of you last week, the BJSA Board had planned to hold a special meeting on April 20th to determine our next steps. However, in light of these recent updates, we regretfully must now officially cancel BJSA's Spring 2020 soccer season. This was a painful decision and we understand that many of you will be disappointed. We had hoped to salvage at least a portion of our season, however the safety and well-being of our players, coaches and families is what’s most important.   We will now begin the process of refunding registration fees and we ask for your patience, as it may take a couple of weeks for the refunds to start showing up on credit card and bank statements. If any of you are in need of an immediate refund, please contact us at [email protected] and we will process it upon receipt. All requests will be kept confidential. For those of you who were eligible for our multi-child family discount, we will issue your refund via check mailed to the address listed on your registration. For all others, you will receive your refund in the manner in which you originally paid.    We have no official plans outlined at this moment but we still hope to open Fall registration in May and hold travel tryouts in June, same as prior years. We hope to possibly hold some other soccer-related events as well but of course we must wait until we receive approval from both the state and town. We will provide you all with more updates in the near future.
