New Coach (never needed clearances before)
Please review the PA Clearance Information to find out more information and to obtain the necessary documents.

Little League requirements are generally the same as other not-for-profit institutions and organizations. French Creek Valley Association (FCVA) Little League requires 4 main documents:

Complete the New Volunteer Application. We will use this to conduct our required background checks.
Child Abuse History Clearance (CY113)
Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check (SPA-164A)
Volunteer Request for Waiver of FBI Federal Criminal History Fingerprint Record Check

New Coach (but have clearances from other purposes)
We do not require new documentation. Complete the New Volunteer Application. We will use this to conduct our required background checks.

Returning Coach
If you have recently coached for FCVA Little League, we should have your clearances on file. Complete the Returning Volunteer Application. If you are unsure if we have your clearances are on file, please email us at [email protected].
