Information for Parents & Volunteers

Family Account

In order to register a player, you must first create a family account. This can be done by selecting the "Member Login" at the top of the home page.

The person who creates the family account will be considered the account owner, and once the account is created you have the option of adding another adult as a parent/guardian.

Coaches, commissioners and administrators will use this registration system to notify you of important information, so please make sure to include all necessary contact information. Including your cell phone number is crucial because we have the ability to send mass text messages through the website to alert parents of important information, like field closings.

If you wish to complete registrations for CAC programs you will also need to create a separate family account with the CAC registration site. Click here.

Adult Volunteers

Adults may also register themselves for coaching and other volunteer positions through this website. Even if you have no children registering for an A3 Soccer team, you may still create a family account for yourself.

If you are interested in volunteering as a coach, assistant coach, team manager, or other volunteer, please register by logging into your account, and then from your homepage select "Apply to Coach / Volunteer." Registration for volunteers opens and closes at the same time as registration for players.

All volunteers must have a background check completed through Anne Arundel County Department of Recreation and Parks. Click here, to go to the AA County website for further instruction on getting a background check, or to verify your status in their Active Volunteers Database.

Concussion Awareness

In compliance with Maryland state law, A3 Soccer must provide coaches, players and parents with information on sports related concussions. All players and parents must read and acknowledge the Anne Arundel county concussion awareness form (made available during registration) to be eligible to participate

Don't forget to watch the video (recommended by National Federation of State High School Associations) at the bottom of this page - Concussions 101, a Primer for Kids and Parents.
