As determined by the Internal Revenue Service, we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity organization. Our public charity status is 509(a)(2). Donors may deduct contributions made under Internal Revenue Code Section 170. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
