Ages 5 & up, Continuous Year Round

This ancient art of Japanese wrestling teaches discipline, while developing strength and agility. Our regular club is held Monday and Wednesday evenings at the Carmichael Sports Complex in the gymnastic building. The 12 and under class is from 7pm to 8pm and the 13 and older class is from 8pm to 9:30pm.  Kids also have a chance to participate in local tournaments. In order to participate in them, you would need to join the United States Judo Federation for $70/yr. membership and must be recommended/approved by the Sensei.
