2026 Fall Soccer

IMPORTANT 2026 Season Info:

The Santa Clara PAL Soccer program is for youth from 4 to 17 years old. We are committed to providing an opportunity to learn leadership skills, gain confidence, learn teamwork, and engage our youth in a love of soccer.

Important Dates
  • The soccer season runs from 08/29/2026 to 11/07/2026 | No games Labor Day weekend, 09/05/2026
  • End of season tournament 11/14/2026-11/15/2026
  • Picture Day: Saturday, TBD

Cost
  • $200 until 6/30, then goes up to $225

Discounts
  • Head Coach Volunteer | 50% player registration refunded at the completion of the season
  • Multi-Family Discount | Each sibling player will receive $50 off registration

What’s included with Registration:
  • Uniform: Jersey, Shorts and Socks
  • Participation Trophy/Medal
  • Approximately 9 regular-season games (weather permitting)
  • An End-of-Season Tournament of between 2 and 4 games

Additional Information
  • Teams will be created and practices will begin by 08/18 (Please keep an eye out for communication from the coaches regarding practice schedules)
  • Our players will learn to be part of a team, gain self-confidence, and become leaders in their sport and in life
  • All participants play and practice
  • All practices are in Santa Clara
  • Games will take place in Santa Clara and surrounding cities
  • PAL will provide a jersey, shorts, and socks to each player. Please select the correct size needed when registering your player 
  • Practice attire - comfortable athletic type clothes (shirts, sweats, socks), cleats, and shin guards

Additional Fees:
  • The City of Santa Clara charges $25 non-resident fee on each registration with an address outside of Santa Clara. This fee will increase to $35 effective 7/1/26
  • SportsConnect registration site charges additional processing fee on each registration

2026 Judo Club (Yearly Club)

The ancient Japanese art of Judo—meaning “gentle way”—builds discipline while developing strength, balance, and agility. Classes are open to all levels and take place Wednesday and Friday evenings from 7:15pm to 8:15pm. Advanced open mat sessions for students ages 13 and up follow from 8:15pm to 9:15pm. All classes are held at the Carmichael Sports Complex in the gymnastic building, located at 3445 Benton Street in Santa Clara.

Participants are required to maintain a $100 annual membership with USA Judo and must have a Judo gi (uniform). USA Judo membership also provides the opportunity to compete in tournaments, known as “Shiai,” with prior approval from the Sensei.

The minimum age to join is 6 years old. Classes run year-round, with breaks for major holidays as well as winter and summer sessions. Annual tuition is $300 (approximately $25 per month plus processing fees), and monthly fees are prorated based on your start date.

*Please Note: The city of Santa Clara charges a non-resident fee of $25 for all participants that do not live in Santa Clara city limits
