2024 LSYS Basketball
Recreational youth basketball will be returning for the 2024 season. The schedule will include Saturday games and weekly practices during the months of January, February and the first weekend in March.
Due to the number of participants we saw last season, we have decided that we can no longer honor coach requests or teammate requests. The exceptions would be if you have siblings that need to be on the same team, or you volunteer to coach, your kid/s would be placed on your team. We operate solely on VOLUNTEERS and we NEED YOU! Please consider helping out in any way you can. Coaches and assistant coaches are our greatest need, even if you don't have prior experience.
Lake Spokane Youth Sports (LSYS) Basketball is a recreational co-ed league hosted in the greater Nine Mile Falls area for Kindergarteners through 6th Graders. Our goal is for local kids to have fun learning and playing basketball without traveling too far from home. And, we keep our costs super low by being fully operated by volunteers. The cost is $40 for the first child and then $35 for each additional sibling (registration includes reversible jersey).
Registration Deadline is November 19, 2023. A late fee of $10 will be added to your registration cost for registering after the deadline. Also, we can not guarantee your child will receive a basketball with their late registration.
