Malachi Burnette Memorial Scholarship Fund

Malachi Burnette passed away suddenly on September 22, 2021 at the age of 45. Malachi is survived by his loving wife Tracy and their three children Grayson, Maxwell, and Kennedy. Malachi was loved by many people who will miss his hearty laugh, his wonderful hugs, his generosity and his enormous capacity to love (source: obituary published by Spokesman-Review on October 3, 2021). Family and friends described Malachi as an athlete and a huge sports fan, and asked LSYS to create this scholarship fund in his loving memory. This generous gift in Malachi's honor will allow for Nine Mile Falls area children to participate in LSYS programs.
