FREE LITTLE LEAGUE RULES CLINIC - Maryland District 1
The 2024 Little League Baseball / Softball season will start very soon. Our Assistant District Administrator Umpire Consultants; Matt Dawson, Denny Hockensmith, and Dave Grams; are planning another Rules Clinic Series for anyone who wants to know more about the Little League playing rules. The clinic will review all rules and answer all questions, plus as part of the Series, there will be Field Clinic(s) at a Little League in District 1 league field, to review field positions and answer field questions. Location and time are TBD.

FREE rules clinic is for the following people, umpires, managers, coaches, fathers, mothers, volunteer helpers, grandparents, League Presidents, League Board members, anyone interested in learning about Little League Baseball / Softball Rules. Come and have a great time learning the rules of Little League

The Rulebooks WILL NOT be available - Little League has migrated from the printed Rule Books to the
Little League Rulebook App.

Come to the first clinic or any clinic, none are the same and there is something new every night.
Spread the word! This is a great Clinic for training your Leagues' Managers and Coaches and yes Umpires in the Little League rules of the games of Baseball and Softball. Many Leagues' uses and requires this Clinic to meet the training every three (3) years requirement for Managers and Coaches. You will be surprised at what you don't know, you don't know. Also on 17 Feb 2024 the Maryland Umpire State Association will host a training at Landsdown High School and is open to all Maryland LL umpires. There is a fee for this clinic. To register visit the
