It is the mission of South Hanover Baseball and Softball Association to build a strong community and support the commitment of our players and families by aspiring to become an outstanding athletic organization that provides a high-quality experience to every athlete. It is our goal to provide instruction to our baseball & softball players while delivering safe & adequate playing facilities for our players, residents and guests. The experience will: 

- Exemplify the benefits of teamwork & sportsmanship that will carry throughout life

- Develop skill sets necessary to continue up through the levels 

- Learn the concepts and strategies and of the game to improve the player

- Ensure fun at practices and games

- Promote tolerance & cooperation in all associated activities

This will be further accomplished through learning the basic fundamentals of baseball & softball for player development.  We will engage and educate our coaches to be role models in positive coaching and to demonstrate ethical and responsible behavior at all times.   South Hanover Baseball and Softball Association is committed to promoting a positive culture with the help of coaches, parents, officials and players to achieve this mission.
