PARENTS AND COACHES

U4 GROUP: Does not play actual games vs another team. They do skills, drills, activities to help introduce them to the game, a coach and playing with other kids.

U5/6 GROUPS: The games are to be 3 vs 3 without a goalie. The field size is designed for only 3 players per team and it will hinder player development by not letting each player have enough touches on the ball when more players are on the field. DO NOT have a player stand in front of the goal, playing goalie, the entire time.

U7 GROUPS: The games are to be 4 vs 4 without a goalie. The field size is designed for only 4 players per team and it will hinder player development by not letting each player have enough touches on the ball when more players are on the field. DO NOT have a player stand in front of the goal, playing goalie, the entire time.

U8 GROUPS: The games are to be 5 vs 5, including a goalie. Goalies MAY NOT punt in this group.

U9/10 GROUPS:  The games are to be 7 vs 7, including a goalie. Goalies may begin to punt in this group.

U11/12 GROUPS: The games are to be 9 vs 9, including a goalie. Goalies may begin to punt in this group. All regular rules of the game are in place.

U13 AND UP: The games are 11 vs 11, including the goalie.
