This league will follow OSHAA Softball rules. Free substitutions you must bat your order.

 

Rules By Exception

1)      Age Qualifications

a)       January 1, 2020

2)      Playing Field

a)        35 foot pitching plate

3)      Unlimited Substitutions in the game
Defense can field 10 players

4)      There will be no walks in the game

a)       If a batter gets 4 balls the coach for their team will come in to finish the count up to 3 pitches

i)        The umpire will call strikes on the coaches.

(1)    If the player strikes out without swinging EX already has 2 strikes and coach pitches one strike then the batter is out. We need to hit more than perfect pitches.

5)      Pitching- pitchers are required to wear a facemask. All other positions are encouraged. 

 

a)        Pitchers may pitch  2 innings in a row  and 3 inning per game

i)        We need to Develop our pitchers

b)      Hit by pitch

i)        Change pitchers after

(1)    2 in a row

(2)    3 in an inning

(3)    4 in a game

6)      No drop 3rd strikes and no infield fly 

7)      You cannot steal home on a passed ball. any thing else and the ball is live
