Western Little League has a proud and enduring tradition of engaging young boys and girls in our community. For over 60 years, we have been a vibrant part of Tucson’s Westside, helping generations of children discover the joy of baseball and softball. What began as a small neighborhood league has grown into a cornerstone of youth sports in the area—built on the passion of our volunteers, the support of our families, and the enthusiasm of our players.
Our mission has always been to provide a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children can grow both as athletes and as individuals. Beyond teaching the fundamentals of the game, we focus on building confidence, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a lifelong love for the sport. Every season, we strive to create memorable experiences that bring families together and strengthen our community.
Western Little League offers a complete range of divisions—from T-Ball to Juniors and sometimes Senior League —along with softball programs for girls, giving players ages 4 to 15 the opportunity to participate at every skill level. Whether a child is picking up a bat for the first time or continuing to develop their competitive play, Western provides a place for all kids to learn, grow, and shine.
With each passing year, we remain committed to upholding the values that have defined our league for more than six decades. We look forward to welcoming new families, supporting returning players, and continuing the legacy of youth baseball and softball on Tucson’s Westside.
Down below is a list of Western’s accomplishments—milestones that reflect the hard work, dedication, and community spirit that have shaped our league for more than 60 years.
