Winter Dynamics

Winter Dynamics in Fairmont:
Classes will begin on Monday November 26th.

A proven program for over 10 years guaranteed to make a player more technical and gain confidence on the ball!!
Dynamics Is a professionally based program which focuses on a players speed, agility, technical ability,technique, ball control, juggling,receiving, passing, shooting, dribbling, changing direction with ball effective and efficiently. Concentrates on a players mental toughness through concentration games and a competitive setting. We play 3v3 at the end of every session.

What to Wear/Bring?
At Trinity Soccer indoor shoe or Flat sole sneaker, soccer ball, athletic attire and sports drink/water (Flooring is Carpet)
At Valley Sports Arena Turf Shoe or Low molded cleat will work,soccer ball, athletic attire and sports drink/water.
