90 min of focus, intensity, and absolute best effort.

Training is athlete-specific and coach inspired.

This is a training group vs. a "class." Athletes feed off the group's energy, yet are trained and coached individually within their training plan.

Individual programs scripted for each athlete based on body type, sport, time of year, etc.

Flexible schedule allows athlete to schedule preferred training days / times online

Training plans based on number of times per week. Plans are month to month (autopay) and can be cancelled at any time.

Schedule an TRIAL Training Day:

90min training day to interpret performance, identify athlete specific training points, and experience the Performance Central environment. Exit the TRIAL Day with individual athlete notes, an understanding athlete development, and the expectations of Performance Central.  click here
