In accordance with the new state law concerning concussions, our coaches will now be trained in the risk and symptoms of concussion and head injury.
Each parent is required to electronically sign the Student-Athlete Concussion Statement for each child participating in our youth sports programs. The parent's or legal guardian's electronic signature is entered online while completing the child's registration form. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can a child participate without an electronic signature (practice or game).
