LYSA INFO AND SURVEY

Hello to our LYSA friends,

We miss you!  We miss soccer! We are very optimistic that we can offer some level of soccer for our community this spring but we need your help.  Below, is the list of minimum conditions we will need to meet to offer soccer.  We are looking for your interest level for participation and volunteering as it is going to take many hands to help make this a successful and safe soccer season for all of our members.

1. All players, coaches and spectators will need to wear masks 100% of the time.
2. We must follow all protocols required by the Nashoba Board of Health, Mass Youth Soccer Association, and any other related local/state/federal agency.
3. We will need to limit the number of individuals on the fields (based on requirements). This will include a limit on the number of spectators allowed per player.
4. We will need to double the number of volunteers, especially for the in-town program (players ages 3-8), in order to keep the team sizes smaller and help ensure that safety protocols are followed (Covid Coordinators).
5.  For the in-town program (at the Primary School Fields), we will need to spread out the games over the course of a day (Saturday) or week.  We will need to have 3,4 or 5 sessions over the course of the day (depending on the number of participants/teams).

Please respond to the appropriate survey questions below (just once per household). You only need to respond to the questions that apply to your situation.
Thank you so much for taking the time to take this survey and provide us with some much needed feedback!
