Flat Rock Area Little League Registration Checklist

• Check the Boundary Map to make sure the player resides within our boundaries or attends a school within our boundaries.

   

• Pre-register at www.flatrockbaseball.com.

   

• Attend our walk-in registration at the Flat Rock Community Center on January 21st from 9am-2pm or February 17th from 5-9 2023.

   

• Bring three proofs of residency dated between February 2022-through February 2023 or print out and have a school enrollment form filled out by the school and bring to registration

   

• Bring birth certificate for review of age or upload during registration.

   

• Check uniform sizes with examples at the walk-in registration.

   

• Ask any questions you may have, investigate volunteer opportunities and check out our upcoming events.

   

• Make sure you complete the State of Michigan Concussion Awareness form.  Both Guardian and player need to sign this form.  It is attached your registration confirmation email.

   

• Pick up your fundraising packet.  Each family will receive a pack of raffle tickets.
