2026 Steve Carli Summer Slam 9U Tournament

Santa Clara Westside Little League Presents: 9U Summer Slam Tournament

Get ready for a weekend of competitive baseball fun!

Date: July 25th and 26th

Format:

Saturday, Pool Play

Sunday, Single Elimination Bracket Play

Location: Steve Carli Park, Santa Clara, California

Cost: $600 per team

Eligibility:

All players must be league age 9 or younger.

Players cannot be on their league's 9-10 All-Star team.

No travel ball teams.

Additional Information:

Detailed schedules and tournament rules will be provided.

Concessions and snacks will be available for purchase.

Please note: YOU DO NOT NEED TO ENTER ALL PLAYERS INTO SPORTS CONNECT DURING REGISTRATION. The team registration completed online is all that is required at this time.

Payment Information:

We prefer payment by credit card during registration. If you would like to pay by check, please contact us directly at [email protected] for payment instructions.

Teams will not be officially confirmed until payment has been received.

2026 9U Summer Slam Tournament Paperwork:

At tournament check-in, each team manager must provide the following:

• A birth certificate or passport (copies accepted) for each player verifying league age 9 or younger

• Signed player/parent waiver forms

• Proof of insurance (if applicable)

• Any additional tournament documents requested by Santa Clara Westside Little League

Tournament schedules, rules, and additional event information will be sent to all registered teams as the tournament approaches.

(please note that our league does not have control over these dates, District 44 sets the schedules for their games and other leagues set the schedule for their tournaments).

A 9U Tournament is tentatively planned to be hosted at Westside on July 25-26. Other tournament dates are still pending.
District 44 8U 'Future Stars' Tournament will be on June 13-14 (pool play) and June 20 (elimination bracket).
Last year there were other district tournaments around the end of June, mid July, end July, and end of August. The number of tournaments played will be determined by the team Manager along with their team. It is the team's responsibility to register for these tournaments.
