This exclusive Pure Energy Summer Session is designed for competitive athletes who are participating in beach volleyball tournaments during the summer. This program delivers high-intensity training tailored for players seeking to take their game to the next level.

🗓 Schedule: 2 Days a week

🕛 Time: 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

📍 Location: Optimist Courts

What to Bring:

Plenty of water and nutritious snacks to stay energized
Sunscreen, sunglasses, and gear for outdoor sand play

This fast-paced, two-day-a-week training program is built for high-level athletes, with an emphasis on:

Advanced skill development
High-repetition drills that mirror competitive play
Tactical gameplay
Reinforcing core fundamentals while integrating new techniques needed to compete with elite-level players
