Welcome to the New Canaan FC School League Program.

The School league replaces our House League and provides players the opportunity to compete alongside their school-grade classmates and face off against other New Canaan-based schools in a fun, community-centered environment.  Non travel players will still have the opportunity to practice two times per week.

The practice part of this program is our recreation level of programming and provides exciting opportunities for players in 3rd through 6th grade to train, play, and grow within our community-based soccer environment.

New Canaan School League Details 

• Grades: 3rd–6th (Boys & Girls)

• Season: September 13 – November 1, 2025

• Game Days: Saturday - 2:30PM & 3:30PM

• Location: Farm Road Fields

• Format: 7v7 (standard rules)

• Games: One game per week vs. rotating opponents

• Balanced teams: Ensuring fun, competitive play for everyone

• Team Representation:

  • Grades 3–4: Represent your current school

  • Grades 5–6: Represent your elementary alma mater or current prep school

New Canaan School League - Full Program 

For players not currently enrolled in NCFC Travel or Premier programs.

• Program Details: 2x practices per week & 1x Game each Saturday

• Girls Practices: Tuesdays 4:30-5:30 & Thursdays 5:30-6:30

• Boys Practices: Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 & Thursdays 4:30-5:30

New Canaan School League - Games Only

For our current NCFC Travel or Premier players.

• Program Details: 1x Game each Saturday

• Girls Practices: Tuesdays 4:30-5:30 & Thursdays 5:30-6:30

• Boys Practices: Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 & Thursdays 4:30-5:30

Is there a uniform? 

We ask that all School League Program players arrive in the following uniform.  Macron is New Canaan FC's exclusive uniform provider.  All uniform items can be purchased here.  Game day shirts will be provided on the first game day.

What are the objectives?

The School League aims to provide a program open to all members of the New Canaan soccer community that focuses on development with fun and structured training for all players.  The addition of school based teams for the Saturday game days will allow children to play with their friends while showing off their school pride.
