I am writing to invite you to partner with Phoenix-Talent Little League as a valued sponsor or
donor. As a nonprofit organization, our league serves nearly 200 children from our community,
providing them with the opportunity to learn teamwork, discipline, and perseverance through
America’s favorite pastime—baseball and softball.
Phoenix-Talent Little League is run entirely by volunteers who dedicate their time to coaching,
organizing, and maintaining our fields. Unlike many other communities, we do not receive any
municipal assistance, and it is up to us to ensure the fields are safe, welcoming, and ready for
play. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, your donation is considered a charitable
contribution and is tax-deductible.
We hope you will join other Southern Oregon businesses in helping us keep the league strong
and accessible to all families in our community. Your contribution will directly impact the children
we serve by helping cover costs such as equipment, uniforms, field maintenance, and
scholarships for families in need.

as a community leader. Sponsorship benefits include various advertisement opportunities, such
as signage at the field, logo placement on uniforms, etc.
