Spring '26 NFL Flag Football Coed League

Welcome to Spring '26 NFL Flag Football League! We are excited to have you join us!

NFL Flag Football encourages our youth to participate in fun and competitive flag football leagues with friends in their community. Our goal is to help spread the love of non-contact flag football, while helping kids develop positive attributes like sportsmanship, teamwork, physical conditioning, and self-esteem through play.

NFL Flag Football Spring League will have the following Grade divisions: K - 2nd Grade; 3rd - 4th Grade; 5th -6th Grade; 7th - 8th Grade & High School. All divisions are COED and accept all skill levels!

Due to high demand, some divisions are expected to reach capacity and may become unavailable. I encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your spot on a team.

League Format:

8 Week Program: League will begin on Sunday, March 22nd and go through Sunday, May 31st.

General Registration Fee: $165 per participant; General Registration Ends- Sunday, March 1st at 11:59PM.

Late Registration Re-Opens: March 6th - March 13th. $25.00 Late Fee after March 6th.

League Registration Officially Closes: March 13th- ABSOLUTELY NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED BEYOND THIS DATE.

Registration Fee includes: Participant, NFL Flag Football Reversible Jersey, NFL Flag Football belt., and Mouth Guard. Note: Extra add-on NFL gear (for example - matching team gloves, socks, sleeves, shorts, etc) will be available for purchase online after registration closes. A link will be provided to the NFL Gear website so that you can personally purchase your items and have them shipped to your address.

The league will include (1) Preseason practice and at least 6 regular season games. All teams will make playoffs and eligible teams will play in the Flag Bowl Championship. Each division will be split into two Championship brackets allowing lower and higher seeded teams to play for their championship.

Teams will play 5v5.

Games are Two 20 minute halves, running clock. 2 minute halftime.

Mandatory Coaches Meeting- Thursday, March 19th . Coaches will receive team uniforms. (Location Houston Rec. Center 900 Grakyn Ln)

Sunday May 17th - Playoff Round

Sunday May 24th - Memorial Day Weekend- No Games

Sunday May 31st - Playoff Round/Flag Bowl Championship For Eligible Teams

All games will be held at Salvatore Pachella Fields 6839 Henry Ave or Kendrick Rec Center 5800 Ridge Phila PA 19128 will take place on Sunday afternoons approximately 1pm start times from March 22nd - May 31st.
