Code of Conduct
All players, parents, and families assume the responsibility of being a member and representative of Trenton Soccer Association. TSA strives to set a positive example for our youth, both on and off the soccer field. As a community, we want to build an organization that brings pride to our players and members.
Expectations of parents, families, and other guests/fans of TSA:
· Be a role model.
· Make only positive verbal comments.
· Show respect for referees, coaches, staff, and all players at all times.
· Demonstrate respectful behavior no matter the circumstance.
· Make participation in soccer a positive experience.
· Accept the results of each game. Encourage players to be graceful in victory and turn defeat into a victory by learning and improving.
· Accept the decisions of the Board as being in the best interest of the players and organization.
In most instances, failure to abide by the TSA Code of Conduct will result in the following actions:
· 1st Offense: Verbal warning that will be reported and documented with the TSA Board.
· 2nd Offense: One game suspension for the offending individual.
· 3rd Offense: Board hearing and vote for potential permanent suspension from all TSA activities.
However, the Trenton Soccer Association Board of Directors reserves the right to take action deemed necessary and appropriate for any offenses based on the severity. Any action taken will be at the sole discretion of the Board.
I understand that it is my responsibility to read and comply with the policies contained. Additionally, I will assume responsibility for ensuring that my guests adhere to the Code. I acknowledge that the contents of this Code of Conduct are subject to change. I understand that I will receive notification of all such changes and that revised information may supersede, modify, or eliminate existing policies.
