Calendar Raffle Tickets
Each player is required to participate in the Little League fundraising activities for this 2025 season unless the optional fundraiser buy-out option is chosen. Division price includes $200 refundable fundraising fee and if the buy-out option is chosen, a $50 discount will be applied to the cart during registration checkout. 

Our 2025 fundraiser will be a Calendar Style Raffle to support field and equipment costs ($200.00). Each player participating in fundraiser will receive ten $20 tickets, totaling $200. Fundraiser will be available for pickup mid March and drawings will start on Opening Day and ends on the last day of the regular season. Once each player sells all the raffle tickets this option costs you $0.00, as you keep the funds received. There is an optional fundraiser buy-out option of $150, if you would do not want to participate in our league fundraiser.

Calendar Raffle Drawing Frequency/Cash Prizes
Drawings are Monday - Friday, and begin on Opening Day (5/3), and end on the last day of our season (6/26).
Opening Day and the last day, we give out $250! Every other day, we draw two winners - $50, and $75. Once a raffle ticket is drawn, it goes back into the drawing - so there are 80 chances to win a cash prize! Drawings are typically done in the evening and will always be posted on our Facebook page, as well as listed below. 

Each winner is either emailed or called to let them know they won the cash prize. You do not need to be present to win, and tickets can even be submitted by people out of town! Checks are mailed to the winners at the end of each week. 

Ticket Pick-Up Dates
Calendar Raffle ticket pick up will be available at all skills assessments, the parents meeting, and by request. If you missed picking up your raffle tickets, we will be holding a ticket pick up on on a separate date in the near future.

Selling Tickets
Keep all proceeds received from sales, as the refundable fee for fundraising is included in your registration. The buyer keeps the top part of the ticket, fills out the ticket stub at the bottom. Completed ticket stubs are to be returned to either coaching staff, or directly to a board member (Board members usually wear red down at the park). All tickets are kept in the large drum in the clubhouse office down at SMLL park.
