Field & Facility Fundraiser
South Milwaukee Little League is a community-based, non-profit program that provides fun, active, organized baseball and softball for the youth in and around our neighborhoods since 1954.
We are a chartered member of Little League International with players from South Milwaukee, St. Francis, Cudahy, and Bay View.
We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to play without worry, therefore each child is allowed to participate no matter what their background or financial circumstances are. Little League believes in the power or youth baseball and softball to teach life lessons that build stronger individuals and communities.
Our entire league is organized and run by volunteers, including 20 board members, dozens of coaches, and hundreds of parents each year. We could not run our league without our volunteers.
Our Fundraiser Projects
Field Resurfacing and Repair
Money raised will enable us to resurface the fields on all baseball and softball diamonds, level the areas between infield and outfield, fence repairs, and more.
Asphalt Repaving
Our paved areas are cracked and crumbling. Money raised will help us repair and repave our parking lot and other paved areas in the park.
Practice Facility
As our biggest, and most exciting fundraising initiative, our goal of building an indoor practice facility will help bring South Milwaukee Little League to the next level of competition. This indoor facility will help provide a place for our Jr Rockets and SMLL players to get reps in on the offseason. View drawings and more details in our Facility Project report.
