Head Coach - Alyssa Tegtmeier

Alyssa works as a police social worker for Northeast DuPage Family & Youth Services out of the Glendale Heights Police Department. Alyssa started playing softball at the age of 9 when she joined BRW’s fall and spring rec league. Around age 10, she started to play travel ball for the BRW Blast up until she aged out at 18U! Alyssa has been a head coach with BRW for the past five years and is also an active member of the BRW Softball Board.

Assistant Coach - Sarah Crosby

She works as a respiratory therapist at University of Chicago Medicine. Sarah graduated from College of DuPage where she played two years of college softball. Sarah has played softball since she was 8 years old and joined travel ball when she was 14 for the Chicago Outburst. Sarah has coached BRW for the past 5 years.

Assistant Coach - Rachel Dlask

Rachel works as an inside sales representative for an installation and repair company. Rachel has played all forms of softball since tee-ball. She grew up playing fast pitch through Brookfield Little League and the LT Blazers. She played two years at College of DuPage and stayed on as an assistant coach for an additional year while completing her degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Lewis University. She continued to play with her college teammates in a 19O fast pitch league until 2022. She has given pitching lessons to girls of all ages & has been coaching BRW the past 2 years.

Assistant Coach - Kristen Fontana

Kristen Fontana works as a Mental Health Professional at The Living Room by Trinity Services. Kristen played travel softball for five years & went off to play at Concordia University of Wisconsin from 2020-2022. Kristen has been coaching for BRW the past 3 years. In addition to team coaching, Kristen works as a private hitting and fielding coach. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in applied Sport and Performance Psychology, further equipping her to support athletes both physically and mentally.

Assistant Coach - Kim Tegtmeier

Kim Tegtmeier currently works as a Clinical Director at an ABA company, where she works with children and adults with Autism and other developmental conditions. Kim played competitive travel softball for BRW through the 18U level. She continued her softball career at Benedictine University from 2017 through 2020. Kim achieved NACC Scholar-Athlete status highlighting her commitment to excelling in both her studies and on the field. Kim has also previously coached for BRW softball.
