The Shepaug Soccer Club is now Shepaug F.C., as we have become a non-profit soccer club.  We have been very fortunate to have sponsors to help us outfit our players and support our club.  Please make sure to support these local businesses/families helping us to enjoy the sport of soccer.

Dear Families,

The Shepaug Soccer Club/Shepaug FC is in need of securing donations to continue to keep the club going and not have to raise registration costs for our players.  We currently have one of the lowest fees compared to clubs in the area and we have felt strongly about not raising fees.  However, we may have to make this difficult choice as costs to operate the club have increased. 

As we strive to offer the best opportunities for our young players, we are faced with the challenge of maintaining our fields, providing paid professional coaches when parent volunteers are not available, and ensuring that every child, regardless of their financial situation, can participate.

In 2022 the club spent approximately $78,000 while our total deposits were $65,000. Our largest expenses come from field maintenance, coaching and referee fees. Our costs have increased this year and we are on track to have a deficit at the end of this season.  These are just our major expenses, we also pay required fees to the North West District, CJSA and have yearly equipment costs.

We are reaching out to ask for your support.  We feel that any contribution is significant, and are grateful for support at any level. 

This past April we created Shepaug FC, which is a registered 501c3,  and run by members of the Shepaug Soccer Club.  We are the same club in the process of merging into one under Shepaug FC.  If you are able to make a donation you can do so by going through PayPal and contributing to Shepaug FC or by sending a check made out to Shepaug FC to 34 Hickory Lane Roxbury CT 06783.
