FC Portland Travel Experiences 

Soccer offers unique opportunities to share life long memories with your teammates. At FC Portland, we believe in the power regional, national and international travel to help develop our players on and off the field. It helps teach players the lessons and skills of communal life, travel planning & behavior and game day preparation.

Every year many of our age groups travel to various tournaments around the country with our U13+ teams traveling once in the summer and once in the summer. It is important for our high school age teams to participate in college showcase where they can show off their skills in-front of college coaches & learn about the recruiting process. Our teams often travel to Seattle for the Crossfire Challenge, Las Vegas for the Player's Showcase or Mayor's Cup and Phoenix for the SC del Sol PDT.

In the summer of 2023, we introduced a European trip for our U12-U14 age groups. They took part in a two week trip across Italy and San Marino balancing soccer experiences and touristic attractions. During the two weeks, the teams played in friendly games in Montecatini, Rimini and Rome while participating in Italian training sessions in Florence and Rome.
