What is the St. Linus Redhawks Booster Club?
The purpose of the Redhawks Booster Club is to promote and support athletics at St. Linus School in an atmosphere that is consistent with the school’s mission of providing “Direction, OppOrtunities, and Resources for each student to grow in Catholic Christian spirituality, academics, and social skills... opening the DOOR to a successful future.”
The objectives are to develop:
- An organization with an active and involved membership that is concerned with the total athletic program at St. Linus.
- Provide, through fundraising events, supplementary financial support for St. Linus Athletics
- Provide the necessary game day support to enhance the athletic experience of all St. Linus student athletes
Who is a part of the St. Linus Redhawks Booster Club?
Any parent of a child eligible to participate in a St. Linus Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) team and/or an adult family member is invited and strongly encouraged to become a member of the St. Linus Redhawks Boosters Club provided:
1. That person is willing to contribute reasonable time and effort as shall be requested of him/her by the duly elected officers for the attainment of the objective of this club.
2. That person shall not endeavor to cooperate with others to use this club for the furtherance of personal gain, political convictions or to seek adherents in social issues not directly related to the expressed objectives of this club.
3. To be eligible for the voting committee or nominate for officers in an election, a person must be an active member in the Booster Club for a minimum of a year prior to election.
