2024 Memorial Scholarship Volunteer Hours Submission Form

Applicants must volunteer with Friends of the Taft City Parks a minimum of 30 hours. Applicants will be responsible of recording and submitting proof of volunteer hours. Please submit a form for each event/activity you volunteer for. Follow the link below to submit your Volunteer Hours.
