OUR 2024 PROGRAMS!

Ages 3 & 4:
Monroe Mini Cheer and Monroe Mini Men Football
A fun, introductory level of football and cheer for our youngest athletes. 
Practice is once a week for 45 minutes from end of August - mid October.
Mini Cheer practices on Thursdays from 5:00-5:45pm at the Rec Center.
Mini Football practices on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:15pm at Daniel Ryan Field. 
Registration Fee: $55 per athlete

Ages 5-7:
Flag Cheer and Flag Football
A fun, age appropriate, developmental level of football and cheer for boys and girls ages 5-7. Perfect for beginners!
Practice is twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 1.5 hours each from August - October
Flag Football has games on Friday nights starting in September. 
Flag Cheer cheers at some Flag football games and does an exhibition performance at Central Jersey Cheer Competition in October. 
Registration Fee: $150 per athlete 

Ages 7-13:
Tackle Football
Developmental, age-appropriate levels of football broken down by age.
Divisions include age 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U. 
Practice is weeknight evenings in August and then 3 nights a week in the fall.  
1 game a week on weekends in the fall.
Practices and home games are at Daniel Ryan Field.
Registration Fee: $195 per athlete
Additional Jersey Fee

Ages 5-16:
Competitive Cheer 
Developmental, age-appropriate levels of competitive cheer broken down by age.
Divisions include Tiny Mites (Ages 5-7), Mitey Mites (Ages 7-9), Jr Pee Wees (Ages 8-11), Pee Wees (Ages 9-12), Jr Varsity (Ages 10-13), Varsity (12-16).
Team placement is by age and at director's discretion. 
Please note: Athletes age 5-7 have the choice of Flag cheer (non competitive) or Tiny Mites (competitive).
All Competitive Cheer Teams Practice Tues- Wed- Thurs nights in August.
Our fall practice schedule is Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday for all competition teams. 
August practices are at Daniel Ryan Field or Monroe Community Center. 
All fall practices are at Monroe Community Center.
