- A Photo of your athlete in their online SportsConnect profile. (Our registration website)

- TWO Copies of 2023-24 Final Report Card
Please print as soon as available online after end of school year.
Genesis goes down for maintenance shortly after and report cards become unavailable. 

We will arrange a date to collect paperwork in July prior to season starting. 

UNIFORM/EQUIPMENT BOND
A $250 Uniform/Equipment bond fee will be collected via uncashed check when uniform and equipment are distributed at practices in August. This fee will be per participant ages 7 & up for Football and Ages 5 & Up for cheer. Checks will not be cashed unless uniforms/equipment are not returned at the end of the season or  returned in poor condition/damaged.
