Fall Strength and Conditioning 2022

Program description:
The Mckim fall strength and conditioning program is a ten-week running and strength training program open to boys and girls, ages 7-18. There are no try-outs or cuts. The program involves a variety of running (intervals, continuous running, sprint training and basic strength development. Participants will have the option of competing in cross country style racing over distances ranging from 1 mile-3.0 miles through wooded trails and grass fields. Age groups are 8U, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, and High School.
 
Practices are held two evenings per week Tuesday and Thursday) starting on Tuesday, September 1, 2022, and running through Saturday, November 19, 2022. All practices are at Herring Run Park from 6:00 PM-7:15 PM. Meet will be held at various park locations throughout Baltimore City and Baltimore County on Saturday mornings starting at 8:30 AM.

Registration does not include uniform singlet.

Standard Race Distance per age division
8U Division- 2k (1.24 miles)
9-10 Division- 3k (1.86 miles)
11-12 Division- 3k (1.86 miles)
13-14 Division- 4k (2.48 miles)
15-18 Division- 5k (3.11 miles)
