The McKim youth track & field program is an 8-week program designed to introduce children ages 5-18 to the fundamentals of running, jumping and throwing in the context of the sport. Children will have the opportunity to learn the proper mechanics of sprinting, hurdling, jumping and throwing from highly qualified USATF certified coaches and volunteers. Participants will be encouraged to participate in developmental and Invitational track & field meets against other local teams in which the spirit of good sportsmanship will be practiced.

Master's Program: 8-week program for adults that will have the opportunity to learn the proper mechanics of running (sprinting, middle distance and distance mechanics) and throwing from highly qualified USATF certified coaches. We do ask that you get a physical from your primary care physician. It is not required but highly recommended. We want to be sure you are able to complete certain task.

New McKim Uniforms and Warmups are MANDATORY with registration. **If you were previously with our 5-6 division and moving up to 10 and under, you have to register under a new athlete**

The TeamSnap app will have the track meet schedule, track meet information, a chat box to communicate with the coaches and other parents.
