Tri-Town Little League Volunteer Information

Tri-Town Little League is built on the support and dedication of our volunteers. Whether you are coaching a team, assisting at practices, helping with field preparation, or supporting league events, you play an essential role in creating a safe, positive, and development-focused experience for our players.

Volunteer Requirements

To ensure the safety and well-being of all athletes, every volunteer who interacts with players in any capacity must complete the following before the season begins:

• Background Check: All volunteers are required to pass a Little League–approved background check each year. You will receive an email from JDP that you must fill out before you interact with any player. 

• Abuse Awareness Training: Volunteers must complete mandatory abuse prevention and awareness training prior to the start of the season. This training helps ensure a safe and supportive environment for every player.  Click here to begin the Little League Abuse Awareness Training.
