The Calistoga Little League was legally incorporated on May 15, 1962. Documents establishing the "Calistoga Baseball Association" were submitted by founding board members John Marconi, Edmund Molinari, and Peter Tedeschi, and certified by the California Secretary of State, Frank M. Jordan. The original articles of incorporation were notarized by a lifelong Calistoga resident, Milina Howard, herself born at the local hospital in the City of Calistoga in 1917. With the single exception of the season of 2020 cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Calistoga Little League has operated continuously for over 60 years.

The Calistoga Little League is an IRS classified 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit organization, qualifying donors for a charitable deduction on their income taxes.
We are incorporated in California as a mutual benefit non-profit corporation as the "Calistoga Baseball Association."
We are registered as a charitable organization with the State of California.
We proudly remain current and active with these government agencies.
