Coach's Checklist  

•      All Coach volunteers must consent to completion of a Background Check (see link below). Send all completed paperwork to [email protected] for review. 

•      All Coach volunteers must completed a Coaching Application Form, required from both New and Returning Coaches (see links below). Background checks will be completed for every volunteer.

•     All Coach volunteers must review the Concussion Training Information (see link below).


•     Review current League Rules as communicated from The Central Michigan Youth Football League (see link below).
