Nipmuc Youth Baseball awards $1000 Scholarships, in memory of Christopher DiLorenzo, to graduating High School level seniors that meet the following criteria:

• Must be a Mendon or Upton resident and participated in Nipmuc Youth Baseball.
• Graduating senior, regardless of high school attending, is eligible.
• Must be pursuing a degree or certificate at either a two or four year institution.
• Applicants will be evaluated primarily on their contributions to our community.

Christopher was a graduate of the Nipmuc Regional High School in Upton class of 2010 and was a member of the baseball and football teams.  He attended Franklin Pierce College in Ringe NH where he was a member of the baseball team.  Christopher passed away suddenly on January 10, 2012 as a result of injuries suffered from a tragic car accident.  We memorialize Chris for his contributions to our community and the sport of baseball.
