2023 T-SHIRT DESIGN CONTEST






CONTEST RULES:

1. Contest is open to currently registered players, managers/coaches, and parents and is limited to one design per person.
2. Submissions will be accepted from January 17 - February 7, 2023.
3. Send your file to [email protected] with the subject, “2023 SCWLL T-shirt Contest.”
4. Submissions must be received by 11:59 PM on February 7, 2023.
5. Include the artist’s name and a contact phone number in the email.
6. Artwork must be appropriate to print on T-shirts.
7. Artwork must include "Santa Clara Westside Little League” and "2023."
8. Artwork must be original.
9. Upon submission, all artwork will become property of Santa Clara Westside Little League with all rights to use and reproduce.
10. Preferred file criteria:
      a. Transparent Background
      b. Image Size: 2500 pixels X 2500 pixels
      c. File Format: .png
      d. 300 dpi (dots per inch)


SELECTION CRITERIA:

1. The Board will select up to 3 winning designs, depending upon qualified entries; 1 player, 1manager/coach, and/or 1 parent.
2. The Board will consider:
    a. Originality
    b. Community
    c. Sportsmanship
    d. Printability (if the artwork is too detailed, it might not print well)
3. The selected design(s) will be announced to the league via email and displayed on the league website and social media accounts and will be available for purchase at our new apparel store.

Each winner will receive one FREE T-shirt with their design!
