To inspire youth regardless of race, creed, color, religion, sex, or financial status; to develop and practice the ideals of sportsmanship and physical fitness by developing the skills and techniques of sports. To bring area youth and families together through the means of a common interest of sportsmanship, fellowship and athletic competition; to encourage adults to behave in an exemplary manner when supervising youth and to keep the welfare of the youth foremost and free from any adult compulsion for power and glory.
