This league becomes more competitive, and still continues to build on the
basics taught in prior leagues. Teams must get three outs to end an inning
in this league.

Teams are assembled by means of a draft by the head coaches. This follows
a skills assessment. Teams also have the opportunity to participate in the end
of the season playoffs.
