Hartford Premier & Development League (HPDL) is a non-profit, community-based organization that offers recreational, travel, and cultural programs to the local community. As a community-based institution, we pride ourselves on making a positive difference through our actions.

In the summer of 2017, Hartford Premier & Development League started its youth summer camp. The summer camp was the first of its kind and attracted over 200 youths in Hartford and surrounding towns.

The success of summer camp spurred the creation of the HPDL youth recreational program. The HPDL youth recreational program provides children with a one-of-a-kind experience. HPDL joined with Hartford Soccer, Windsor, and Bloomfield to create a Rec Plus program where the kids compete against each other to demonstrate the skills they attained through our training program. 

Currently, we have four travel teams and one in-house recreational team. We now have over 200 kids that pass through our program annually among our four sessions, i.e., fall, winter, spring, and summer clinics.
