MADE Hoops Events:

:We are unable to offer refunds for purchases/deposits for MADE Hoops event(s) (including but not limited to tournament(s), event(s), camp(s), circuit(s), etc., collectively “Events”), unless cancellation insurance was purchased through MADE Hoops.

We are able to offer credit towards specific MADE Hoops Events, but only if a request is made in excess of 60 days of camp(s) and/or event(s) commencement date.[1] However, in all cases, we are unable to offer credit or refund for purchases made for MADE Hoops event(s) within 60 days of an event.

Credit from MADE Hoops events may not be credited towards MADE Hoops merchandise.

[1] Credit towards other MADE Hoops Event(s) is subject to event availability. In the event MADE Hoops cannot accommodate providing Credit towards a specific Event(s), MADE Hoops will provide purchaser with alternative Event options, as reasonably practicable. The parties agree that alternative Event options are subject to the sole discretion of MADE Hoops.

Postponed/Cancelled Events:

In the event that an Event is materially hampered, interrupted, interfered with or MADE Hoops is prevented from the normal conduct of its respective business for reasons beyond MADE Hoops’ control, including, without limitation, pandemic, epidemic, fire, wildfire, drought, tornado, tsunami, tropical storm or hurricane, blizzard, heat wave, blackout/brownout, volcanic eruption, flooding, landslide/mudslide or other action of the elements, power outage or failure in electrical or air conditioning equipment, work stoppage, strike, lockout or labor dispute, government order, court order or order by any other legally constituted authority, venue condemnation, act of God or public enemy, acts or significant threats of war or terrorism, riot, or civil commotion (collectively, “Force Majeure Condition”) it is expressly understood and agreed that purchaser, will not have any claim of any kind of nature against MADE Hoops relating to the obligations for their purchase under this Policy prevented by the Force Majeure Condition.  Subject to feasibility and practicability, payments for Event(s) postponed and/or cancelled due to a Force Majeure Condition will be applied as a credit to a future Event(s) that will be held on a specific date, as determined by MADE Hoops (“Credit”). In the event MADE Hoops cannot accommodate providing Credit towards a specific Event(s), MADE Hoops will provide purchaser with alternative Event options, as reasonably practicable. The parties agree that alternative Event options are subject to the sole discretion of MADE Hoops.  All Credit(s) provided by MADE Hoops must be used by purchaser within a year of the postponed/cancelled Event.
