The cheer squads are a part of the Pop Warner non-profit organization, which is 100% volunteer ran. We pride ourselves in encouraging good self-esteem, responsibility, sportsmanship, accountability, self-confidence, and work- ethic. While also instilling the value of giving back to your community into each and every child. We not only want the cheerleaders to learn the importance of working hard as a team, but we also encourage and promote the importance of community service.
PROGRAMS OFFERED
MINI CHEER
3-4 year olds
(Pre-Pop Warner Program)
Winter Season - November - February session practicing 10 times.
Spring Season - March - May session practicing 1 day a week. Cheerleaders will preform in our end of the session show case.
Fall Season - August - October practicing 1 day a week. Cheerleaders will also have the opportunity to preform during 1/2 time at a game, and preform at the Heart of America Pop Warner Competition.
TRADITIONAL REC
5 & up
Winter Season - November - February session practicing 1 day a week. Cheerleaders will preform in our end of the session show case.
Spring Season - March - May Practicing 1 day a week. Cheering at flag football games on Sundays. Performance in our end of the session show case.
Fall Season - August - October Practice 2 days a week. Cheering tackle football games on Saturdays. Competes at the Heart of America Pop Warner competition.
ELITE
(Invitation only)
8 & up
Year-round Season - March - December Practicing 2-3 days a week. Cheering at tackle football games in the fall. Competing at our Heart of America Pop Warner Competition in October, the Mid-America regional competition in Dekalb,IL during November, and Pop Warner National Competition in Orlando, FL during December. Additionally, this group will compete at the State fair spirit competition in Sedalia.
