Spring flag football - coed and girls flag offered 
and Fall tackle football

and Fall Cheer



Spring Flag Football Season - Practice is March - May. Games are double headers and played April- May. 

Fall Tackle Football Season -  July 15 - November/December.
Practice 2-3 days a week in all weather, except lightening. Games are played September - November/December

Spring cheer- Practice March - May
Cheer at games April-May
Fall cheer-  Practice 2-3 times a week. Cheer at games, Do local Competition, and travel teams will travel for regionals and the elite cheer team will travel to Nationals.

2026 Spring Flag and Pylon Football

Flag Football for Boys and Girls
K-3rd is flag football, 4th -8th is Pylon ( two man touch)
We are so excited for this season, our program now offers Girls Flag Football as well as this option, which is coed.
All practices will begin end of February early March, depending on what the head coach decides and age. All practices will be at the Independence Athletic Complex.
All games will be played at The Heart of America Pop Warner fields and will be on April 4, 11, 18, 25, and the tournament that all teams will play in, on May 2.
A game day shirt will be included in the registration fee. Each player will also have a guardian cap loaned to them for games as well, that must be turned in to Independence Pop Warner Football and cheer at the end of the last game played.
Each player will be required to buy and wear cleats, shorts/pants, a mouthpiece, and socks (more details on shorts/pants and socks will be passed along to you and decided by the head coach and team mom.)

2026 Girls Flag football

Girls Flag Football!!!

This year we will be doing combined age groups with teams based on a couple of grades mixed, (example, but not exact is K-2nd, 3rd-4th, 5th-6th, 7th-8th.)
Practices will start at the end of February/early March, depending on age group and coach. All practices will be held at the Independence Athletic Complex.
