2024 Tackle Football

This sign up is for the INDEPENDENCE, RAYTOWN, KANSAS CITY school districts only. If you belong to another are please contact your local association.

Sign up close 7/8/24 there will be a $40 late fee if you sign up after that date.

Season officially starts 8/1

All balances due by 8/1 - no uniforms or equipment will be issued without full payment of $260
Fee includes use/rental of the below items (must be returned at the end of the season):
  • helmet and shoulder pads
  • Hawks jersey/game pants (if team doesn't opt to purchase custom uniforms) only 1 uniform issued

Not included:
  • Practice pants/jersey (game items are not to be worn for practice)
  • mouthpiece
  • cleats
  • socks

Required paperwork: (turn in online) 
  • 2024 Contract/Registration form (available on www.popwarner.com)
  • 2024 Physical (on pop warner form available on www.popwarner.com)
  • 2023/2024 4th quarter grade card 
  • Birth Certificate (copy to turn in, original turned in until validated)

Fundraisers are available to assist with cost.
