The CHS Preseason ID Camp is an excellent opportunity to prepare our middle and high school students for the upcoming season. The week long camp is recommended for all soccer players who want to play school ball. The camp is run by the Connetquot High School coaching staff and certified trainers from local travel programs. This week is highly focused on developing the players conditioning, skills and game play preparing them to take their game to the next level for the upcoming fall season.
At our CHS ID Camp players will: Develop all aspects of an individual’s game including dribbling, shielding, ball control, passing, and movement on and off the ball during individual drills and during small and large group match conditions. Be taught offensive and defensive strategies to improve the players game IQ. Be exposed to offensive and defensive situations during the many exercises and drills. Refine teamwork concepts in small and large sided games. Be taught and evaluated for running and stride technique specific to soccer at our speed and agility station. Improve players fitness and strength by a soccer specific speed and agility trainer.
